'07 Chevrolet Tahoe

One of the best known SUV’s in the market, the 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe is a well-built four-door family SUV that has excellent handling and good steering and braking response. The Tahoe comes with two engine options – a 4.8 liter V-8 engine that produces 295 horsepower and a V-8 5.3 liter 320 horsepower engine.

The standard version comes with a V-8 4.8 liter engine and front wheel drive. The higher-end model with the 5.3 liter engine features a four-wheel drive and Chevrolet’s Displacement on Demand technology that can turn off four cylinders when needed. You can also run the engine on ethanol.

Dual-zone air-conditioning, 17” wheels, StabiliTrak stability control, an eight speaker stereo system, a tire-pressure monitoring system and a CD-MP3 player are all standard features on the 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe. The SUV has been given a new look for this year and has been redesigned, with new interiors and exteriors.

'08 Chevrolet Tahoe

The latest 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe improves over one of the best selling SUV’s in North America, making it an even crisper drive with excellent braking and handling. The Tahoe is available in three trim levels – LS, LT and the high-end LTZ.

The base model features a V-8 4.8 liter engine that produces 295 horsepower, while the higher-end models are fitted with the V-8 5.3 liter engine that churns out 320 horsepower and GM’s Active Fuel Management System that allows four cylinders to turn off to achieve greater fuel efficiency.

The 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe is available in two wheel and four wheel drive, with a four-speed automatic transmission as standard.

The 2008 Tahoe has retained many of its previous features and comes fitted with a tire pressure monitoring system, 17” wheels, an eight speaker audio CD-MP3 system, a rear DVD entertainment system, OnStar radio service, and StabiliTrak stability control as standard features.

'05 Chevrolet Tahoe

The 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe is easily the best selling SUV in the US, and is a full-size SUV. It is easy to maneuver and can pull a substantial amount of cargo quite easily. The '05 Tahoe seats five people and can seat up to nine people with alternate seating arrangement options.

Equipped with powerful engine options, the 2005 Tahoe can pull a trailer without any hassles when fitted with the V-8 5.3 liter engine option. The 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe is also available with a base V-8 4.8 liter 285 horsepower engine.

Exciting add-ons like a touch-screen audio system, XM Satellite Radio, and a rear DVD video system provide adequate cabin entertainment. The safety features are excellent like Hydroboost brakes, ABS, a Dynamic Brake Proportioning System, a tire pressure monitoring system, and both front and side-impact airbags are available. This year sees the Tahoe get a better alternator and improved fuel economy.

2008 Chevrolet Tahoe

Major changes to the lineup of the 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe in the form of a brand new and redesigned Hybrid system implemented for the first time on high-end models.

The new Hybrid comes in either Rear-Wheel or All-Wheel-Drive and sports a powerful yet economical 6.0L V-8 engine with 332HP and 367FTLB of Torque.

Gas mileage, the main reason for a Hybrid, has been massively increased up to 22MPG highway, an incredible feat for such a huge SUV with a powerful yet plentiful engine.

Wheel-base is 116” coupled with a 4-speed automatic transmission weighing in at 5,270 pounds to provide safety and security to the driver and occupants while at the same time delivering on the promise of better fuel economy and efficiency from the 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe.

2007 Chevrolet Tahoe

Changes were made to the 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe from previous years, most notably in the cosmetic department.

Newly designed frontal face fascia’s and hood accompanied by wooded internal dashboards and chromed instrument panels turn the Tahoe into a more luxurious sport utility vehicle than ever before.

The wheel-base it sits on is 116” and power is put to these wheels from either a 4.8L V-8 or 5.3L V-8 with optional Flex Fuel technology.

The only transmission option on the 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe is a 4-speed automatic 4L60-E from GM, capable of supporting up to 365FTLB of torque which affords the Tahoe a very powerful engine while maintaining safety and security for the driver and occupants. Gas mileage is an EPA estimated 19MPG highway and 16MPG city.

2005 Chevrolet Tahoe

The 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe is one of the best-selling large sport utility vehicles on the market today, with one of the strongest customer markets.

The Tahoe comes with your choice of either a 4.8L V-8 275HP or an enlarged 5.3L V-8 with 285HP. An optional Flex Fuel 5.3L V-8 Vortec is also available, giving the driver the option of running an alternative fuel such as E-85 Ethanol.

Standard seating capacity is 9 passengers and gas mileage hovers around 19MPG EPA estimated. Stabilitrack stability control is made standard and provides divers with the comfort of electronic control over the massive power and performance offered by the 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe.

Coming in a 4-speed automatic transmission, power is routed to the rear-wheels or all four wheels at the drivers discretion.
